Learning House is first and foremost a family business. We pride ourselves on our sincere goal of helping parents understand more about how their children play and learn. As parents, we only offer products we would see our own children playing with.

First-hand experience is the best lesson
When Tammy Venturoni, the Company Director, found that her son had a sensory integration disorder, she began tirelessly following a trail of research to understand how his condition could be helped. Like any mother, she wanted her child to have the best opportunities - so she undertook extensive academic-based research and took every chance to consult with specialists.
Most parents are unaware of the vital function of play in developing their child's educational foundations. In her research, Tammy discovered how children learn through play from early infancy through all stages of development. She also discovered that the skills they learn in their early years determine their mental and emotional resiliency in later years.
Through Learning House, Tammy and the team at Learning House hope to offer other parents the insight, understanding and knowledge she gained in her search to enhance her son's early learning opportunities.
Offering you a wealth of knowledge about learning
At Learning House, we consult with specialists to develop our educational recommendations about learning through play. To develop our ongoing research, we work in partnership with a range of child development experts, including a consultant Occupational Therapist and Primary School teacher.
In our continually evolving research, we are careful to use only reliable, legitimate sources. We are always on the lookout for new best practice research. This research forms the basis of strict criteria which we apply when sourcing our products. All toys are selected according to the highest standards of quality and function - if it's good enough to be offered by Learning House, it means we have deemed it good enough to offer our own children.
