Your total cost for your purchase will include shipping and handling which will be included on your invoice. All items are shipped via Australia Post. Current prices for shipping are as follows:

Free Gift Wrapping & Personsonalised Greeting Service
We offer a complimentary gift wrapping service which includes a personalised gift card for gifts to be delivered directly to a recipient at an alternate address. This is a fantastic option for those last minute or interstate gifts, or for international shoppers that want to save on time and shipping cost for gifts bound for Australia. This free service may not be available for a limited number of very bulky items or orders containing a very large number of items. .

Packaging
As an eco-friendly company, wherever possible we reuse boxes and packaging to ensure we are doing our bit for the environment. You may therefore receive your purchase in recycled packaging.
Pricing
The prices that appear on this web site are quoted in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS and are valid and effective only in Australia. All prices are inclusive of GST. Price and availability of products are subject to change without notice.
Payments
All payments will be made in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. Payment in any other currency will NOT be accepted
Risk
Learning House will retain title to the products you order until you have made payment in full for those products, but all risk in the products will pass to you on dispatch from the distribution centre. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or other liabilities imposed by any governmental agency.
Learning House does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current. Neither Learning House, nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Refunds and Returns
At Learning House, we do not provide refunds for "change of mind" returns or for incorrect ordering; we will however provide you with a credit note or exchange for the value of your purchase minus shipping costs. Change of mind returns will only be accepted if Learning House is contacted within 7 days of your receipt of your order. The goods must be received by Learning House in their original condition (unopened and in the original packaging with all product tags and labels still attached to the product). All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, so please review the product information carefully prior to your purchase.
Of course we will happily meet all of our obligations under the Trade Practices Act with regards to faulty goods, but these items can only be returned for a refund or exchange after receiving confirmation and approval to return any faulty goods from the Learning House sales team within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Loss or Damage in Transit
Learning House is not responsible to the buyer or any person claiming through the buyer for any loss or damage to goods or products caused by any event of any kind by any person, whether or not Learning House is legally responsible for the person who caused or contributed to that loss.
